How to start a caffeine pouch company

Six steps from market rules to your first batch.

    Check your market

    There is no single EU rule. Some countries apply food law, others treat caffeine pouches as tobacco substitutes. That decides labelling, registration and where you can sell.

    Fix the formula

    Decide caffeine per pouch and any added ingredients. ICE Energy pouches carry 50 to 105 mg caffeine with vitamin B12 and L-theanine.

  3. 03

    Choose flavours

    Start narrow. Two or three flavours, cold mint and one fruit, are easier to stock and reorder.

  4. 04

    Pick a production model

    White label uses the maker's existing recipe. Private label builds a custom blend. One is faster, the other is yours.

    Brand the can

    Can, label and warnings to your brand and your market's rules.

  6. 06

    Samples, then production

    Approve samples, sign off the specification, and your first batch is produced, checked and shipped.

What are caffeine pouches?

Tobacco-free, nicotine-free pouches that carry caffeine instead of nicotine. They are also sold as energy pouches.

How much caffeine goes in a pouch?

It is set by the formula. ICE Energy pouches carry 50, 70 or 105 mg per pouch depending on flavour.

Do I need my own factory?

No. With white label production the manufacturer produces, labels and checks the pouches under your brand.

What is the minimum order?
